Ayka Textile is a leading integrated textile company that was founded in Istanbul in 1988 by Yusuf Aydeniz and Gürçay Kavlaklı. Originally focused on garment exports, Ayka Textile recognized the need to establish its own integrated textile factory to meet the growing demands of its operations in 1994.

In 1996, Ayka Textile started the construction of a yarn factory with 14,000 square meters of enclosed area by acquiring a 100,000 square meter plot of land in the Çorlu Organized Industrial Zone. This expansion allowed Ayka Textile to begin yarn production with a daily capacity of 15,000 kilograms. In addition, a knitting factory, covering 6,000 square meters, was constructed on the same plot of land, enabling the company to produce high-quality knitted fabrics at a daily capacity of 25 tons.

Realizing the importance of controlling the dyeing process, Ayka Textile initiated the construction of a dyeing facility in 2000. The dyeing facility, encompassing 14,000 square meters, boasted a daily capacity of 20 tons for fabric dyeing, 3 tons for yarn dyeing, and 2 tons for fiber dyeing. To further expand their yarn production capabilities, Ayka Textile established a second yarn factory in 2003. With a capacity of 10 tons per day and covering 10,000 square meters, this factory commenced production in 2004.

To support its garment production operations, Ayka Textile completed the construction of a 6,000 square meter garment building in Çorlu in 2006. The company also built cotton and fabric warehouses with a total enclosed area of 10,000 square meters, ensuring efficient storage and management of materials. These integrated textile factories enabled Ayka Textile to significantly increase its production volume and expand its exports to Europe.
