Spinning Departmen
Our spinning department has a daily capacity of 15 tons and is able to produce melange or raw yarns from cotton and man made fibers like polyester, viscose, modal, their mixtures.
Knitting Department
Daily capacity of this department is 15-20 tons and has 70 roundknitting machines in below mentioned categories single jersey, pique, fleece, terry, rib, interlock, jacquard, two fleece, three fleece
Dyeing & Finishing Department
-20 tons of fabric dyeing per day
-3 tons of yarn dyeing per day
-2 tons of fiber dyeing per day
This department is equipped with fully automatic dyeing & finishing machines.
Pattern Construction & Cutting Department
Our pattern construction room is set up with Lectra pattern making, grading and marking systems ,which is automatically communicating with our Lectra cutters.
Garment Production
Our daily capacity of Garment Production is approx.20.000-30.000 pcs.
Production Range:All types of knitted products for women,men,kids and sportswear.
